Employee Top Pic Terms and Conditions
One submission per month, per employee.
Please send as a JPG file with 150KB min to 400KB max size. Do not send copyrighted materials.
Please include a short summary of the photo, location and names of people or the subject in the photo. Please also note your work facility.
By submitting or sharing photos, stories, etc. (hereafter referred to as "Submission"),
- you understand that you will receive no compensation for participating, regardless of whether your Submission is selected by The Mosaic Company for use;
- you promise that you own all rights, title and interest in the Submission as of the date of the Submission, or, if your Submission will contain any material or elements that are not owned by you or are subject to the rights of third parties, you are responsible before making the Submission for obtaining any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Submission by The Mosaic Company and its respective designees in the manner including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Submission;
- you give The Mosaic Company the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish the Submission and any related video footage, photographic portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with your own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever, and permission to use any printed material in connection therewith;
- you relinquish any right that you may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied; and
- you release, discharge, and agree to save harmless The Mosaic Company, its agents, legal representatives, successors or assigns, and all persons functioning under its permission or authority, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
By submitting your photos, (one Submission per month, per employee), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.
